Flexitallic SS6AR superseal packing have the advantage of excellent high temperature and heat transfer properties, low friction and the ability to mould to the surfaces being sealed. Flexitallic SS6AR is recommended for all types of equipment including pumps, agitators and valves handling steam, water, mild chemicals, oils and distillates. Flexitallic SS6AR is approved for use in contact with potable ( drinking ) water, being listed by the water fittings bye-law scheme.

Flexitallic GR160 has been primarily developed as a high performance valve packing, however, it is suitable for sealing rotating or reciprocating pumps. In addition, Flexitallic GR160 possesses excellent chemical resistance and consequently can be used to seal a wide range of chemical media including, oils, solvents, acids and alkalis.

Flexitallic GR163 has been primarily developed as a high performance valve packing, however it is also suitable for sealing rotating or reciprocating pumps. Flexitallic GR163 possesses excellent chemical resistance to a wide range of chemical media including, acids, alkalis,alcohols, solvents, refrigerants and mineral oils.
